Oil paintings are supplied professionally framed unless stated otherwise. Watercolour and pastel works are supplied without frames – with a mount and backing board, encased in a cellophane wrapper. This is owing to the difficulties involved in sending glazed pictures through the post.

A simple, restful painting inspired by the Japanese art of Ikebana. Texture was important here and I have used directional brush strokes to catch and reflect light plus some exquisite touches of gold. An elegant painting.
